Registering the additional information below with the Community Alerts option will allow your cellular phone, email, and/or TDD to be notified for local emergencies and community alerts as well.
Hyper-Reach will automatically call all landline numbers for Community Alerts, but will only call landlines for Weather Alerts if you sign them up. You need to sign up for any cell number.
Boulder County Residents:
Signing up for an Everbridge opt-in account enables you to receive emergency alerts for up to 5 addresses within the communities listed above. Additionally, you will receive tornado and flash flood warnings when any of the addresses listed in your account are within the area identified within a National Weather Service notification.
Non-Boulder County individuals are strongly encouraged to register with their County emergency alert system.
If you have a landline from Century Link/Lumen or VOIP phone from Xfinity/Comcast, your number is automatically updated in our system. We suggest that you also create an opt-in profile that contains your mobile device information. When creating your account, consider entering the addresses for your home, work, child’s school, loved ones, etc. You can choose to receive voice calls, text messages, TTY/TDD, emails or faxes. We encourage you to create a profile for every person in the household that has a mobile device. If an address listed on your profile is within the geographical boundary created by public safety officials for an incident, you will receive information through your chosen contact paths.
